I had surgery on my right hand today and have officially confirmed that I can’t type with my toes. When I try to type with my left hand, it comes out looking like the lol cats did it. Feel free to make fun of any egregious transcription errors my phone makes as I use the talk to text feature over the next couple of weeks. Should be interesting. 😉

This is probably good exercise for your brain, Jo. I read once that we could keep our minds sharp by changing things up…if you’re right-handed, brush your teeth with your left, that sort of thing. Tried that once and almost put my eye out. 😉 Hopefully you’ll fare better…. 😉

It’s also good exercise for my couch because I’m not allowed to get my hand wet and therefore cannot do dishes. Mwuahahahahaha!!! (this is how I laugh devilishly while my kids roll their eyes with total boredom)

I considered that, too, but when I tried, they were too garbled to even remotely understand. Thankfully my hand is doing much better already. Now I’m just wrestling with leaving the bandage on it. It is itchy and I want it OFF!!!!

Apply aloe vera gel around the edges. That relieves the itching. Mind over matter babes… Be strong don’t scratch

Ooo good tip! I’ll do that. I have always removed my cats and bandages and stitches well before I was supposed to. The only thing that stayed was the staples. I never had a way to tackle those.

It’s the dry skin which causes the itching.. Aloe vera gel helps a lot
