Question for You

question-markSo I have a little question for you. If you have a moment, I would love your thoughts on this. If not, that’s okay, too! :)

The quick summary is that I have been offered a lovely opportunity to give a class on the basics of intuition and how to tap into it in your life. I know that the basics may be a thing of the past for some of you, but I imagine that this is not true for many others. I would genuinely appreciate your letting me know what kinds of topics you would want to discuss or questions you might ask given the opportunity. I truly value your noggin and any helpful thoughts it might kick out!

Thank you again dear friends. Have a lovely week! Joanna

  1. What a great opportunity! I’d love to hear more about how intuition has evolved — how we lost our ability and how we can reclaim it. Are there places in the world where it is still easily apparent in the people? How does it ‘work’.

  2. Oprah once had a guest talking about his book “a gift of fear” all about intuition but on the hard core scale to save your life kind of thing. Maybe this can offer FFT (food for thought).

  3. Hi, Joanna. If I was taking a class in it, I’d want to know such things as:

What is intuition? Why do we have it? Is there a way to get more of it? How do you manifest or experience it? Why was the instructor the person selected lead it (a chance for the instructor to establish credibility with the group).

    Good luck!

  4. I’m with Louise on this one! I think kids have it and we teach them away from it. I work hard to listen to my inner voice my gut feelings my intuition and on a good day I do listen on a bad day I’m filled with doubt. What makes us so afraid to listen and follow it?

  5. I would ask how we tap into this seemingly hidden intuitiveness and is it possible that some just can’t. I’ll probably think of something much more intelligent later but offhand that’s my thought.

Maybe some who aren’t spiritually inclined would wonder if they aren’t …is it possible?

  6. I read a book once, I think it was called, “Why The Bread Always Lands PB Side Down”…cute title, anyway, he said that when we walk into a room, our subconscience mind captures a picture of every visual and sound in the room…yet our conscience mind only remembers what we went in to the room to get and then some other trivial things. He believes that tuition comes from what the subconscience mind is trying to tell us, since it is storing much more of the info that our conscience mind was overlooking.

I’d love to discuss the ‘in hind-sight’ things that happened in the past where we wished we would have listened to our intuition.

  7. What great thing for you, so congrats!!! I can sit here and tell you many things, but something just told me, that you need to dig deep, deep inside your soul and intuition and write down a list of your own topics! Your uniqueness is what’s going to make you successful. Your own experiences , how you go there, how did it all started for you, is your basics. Doesn’t matter how silly it may sound to you when you write yours down, but their is a reason for all this. We will learn and you will learn along the process! So get going Guru Joanna!!! Kick some intuition butt!!!! Congrats, hugs…Laz

  8. I get in :: the zone :: when I mow the yard, similar to circling labyrinth meditation. Some get the :;: zone :: via sports, some by writing, others through art. Curious how others reach this state…

  9. One of the books I’m currently reading says that we are all moving towards being people who use their intuition more. I think it’s awesome that you’re going to have a class on it. Maybe talk on how you know it’s your intuition? A feeling? A thought? Is it the same for everyone?
    Hugs!

  10. Interesting. Would you conduct a class online or have a workshop in your area? I agree with Louise but the subjects you could discuss are endless. I say you should do a one on one workshop maybe in a spa type area. Artist go anywhere for inspiration and I think the same goes for intuitive minded people. Think it is a great idea.

  11. I think it would be interesting to learn a bit about why some people so easily embrace their intuitive nature, while others discount any and all evidence of same…. Good luck with your class, Joanna! :-)

  12. Is intuition stronger between those who are biologically connected, or how about those who are born on the same day or under a full moon? Are there other predictors, like being right or left handed, ambidextrous, etc.?

  13. I agree with all of the above…plus perhaps you could do a lesson in trying to hone into your intuition…like a meditation class for the newbies who perhaps haven’t tried it? Also you could talk about journal writing or free writing to loosen up their inhibitions in intuitiveness? Just a thought. xo

  14. Hi dearest Jo! :)

Congratulations on this new wonderful opportunity! I would so love to attend your intuition classes. I’m sure you will be the most awesome teacher. :)

    My thoughts about the topics:

I am always on the lookout for more information regarding specific instructions/ tips about how to know the difference between intuition and ego talking. This is a topic that will probably always be very interesting for me personally, no matter how long I have been training my intuition.

I don’t know if this difference is difficult for others to see as well, but for me it can be very tough at times. There are occasions when I have no trouble understanding immediately that it’s my intuition talking, but then again there are many occasions when I have no idea which one I’m hearing.

    Hugs!
    Eva

  15. How wonderful that you will be giving a class on the basics of intuition and how to tap into it! Exciting stuff! If I were lucky enough to be able to join that class I would look forward to learning more about how to encourage and foster that inner power we all have. Best of luck to you dear Joanna, if I haven’t missed it by being tardy in my visiting, and if so then I hope it went great! Love and hugs, Gina :)
